Our Wedding Packages
We have a diverse group of very smart and budget conscious customers. We therefore, have created three (3) packages (The Basic Standard Package, the Premier, and the Deluxe) to meet their needs.
The Basic Standard Package addresses the needs of our customers who are looking for only video with combined services that still provide them with beautiful memories that will last a life time.
The Deluxe Package incorporates all of the features of the Basic Standard Package and some of the features of our top of the line Premier Package. The Deluxe package, has been clearly designed to extend our services to those couples that have more flexibility in their budget.
The Premier Package is the top of the line package; it includes everything we offer and then some.
Whichever package you choose, you have our commitment to quality, professionalism and of course nice people to talk to.

Attention: Just starting out with your wedding plan? We want to make sure you have everything ready for that special day. In addition to the help we can give you with capturing your beautiful memories, we highly recommend you go to WedPlan . We made our decision to be a registered Vendor with them when we saw how many resources they have to help Brides and Grooms plan their weddings.. Just follow the Wed Plan link above and you will see for yourself. When you have what you needed, then just come back to us for the best price and family style service for your video needs.
The Basic Standard Package
In addition to being a flexible and really “doable” wedding package, it does not skimp on the critical moments that need to be captured. We pride ourselves in bringing to you this very affordable package which contains the following services:
- Video of the ceremony at church (from bride entering church to both of you walking out to your reception with a total of up to 6 hours of coverage)
- 1. Full reception coverage (you and your wife entering, introductions, best man toast, first dance, dance with parents if applicable, bouquet and garter tosses, close intimate shots of you and your wife during the reception, brief video of each table.
- 2. Deliverables: Special DVD package...
- 1 special edition DVD for bride and groom,
- 2 additional regular vinyl DVD for the respective parents or family) High quality NTSC (north American standard) DVD with up to 2 hours of video. Please note European standard is different format. They use a PAL system. At this time we only offer NTSC
- Art Work. Included, in this DVD, is beautifully design art work on an upgraded DVD case with matching art work on the disc.
- Pictures taken by your photographer (up to 200) or friends can be included in the DVD at the end of the video.
- Music selection. We have beautiful American love songs. we can insert in different parts of your video, as appropriate. Or you can select your own music, tell us where you wish for us to place them and then make them available to us in MP3 format.
- 3. Additional Services at no extra cost
- Edits will be performed on bloopers and language, etc. (If applicable)
- If the remaining footage is greater than 2 hours, then we will burn the DVDs to an upgraded dual layered DVD to fit all content at no extra cost. This type of DVD will play in ALL players.
- We will include up to 6 full length songs from the choices you make as noted on item .Music must match the event
- We will include up to 200 photos taken by the CLIENTS professional photographer into the final DVD product
This very affordable and comprehensive video only wedding package is priced at $650.00 !! plus customary travel expenses if applicable.

The Premier Package
Caution....the information that follows may cause a sudden burst of joy and jubilation that we call the “WOW Factor”
This is by far, one of the industry’s most comprehensive all inclusive package around. We have established an unbelievable package of included items not provided by other companies. We also have included optional services that can be taken out of the package for a more tailored approach. The following details what we offer in our ALL Inclusive Wedding Package:

- Up to 3 hours of content material
- 1 Bride and Groom Leather DVD Case with Cameo
- 2 Parent DVD Vinyl Albums
- Normally Optional services but included in this package price
- Bonus DVD for both the Bride and Groom, and the two parents. This DVD includes funny, and tearie-eyed moments we captured during our time with you, your respective Moms and Dads in a separate DVD disc or incorporated into the Main DVD as a separate chapter titled “Bonus DVD.”
- Music selected by the couple for inclusion into DVD
- FVP-LLCs My Life Video Series . Family Video clips of the Bride and the Groom. This Series incorporates home movies with a combined maximum of 15 minutes of video for both the Bride and the Groom (acceptable formats: HI8, VHS, VHSC and DV); childhood to adult photos with a maximum of 20 pictures scanned and incorporated into the final DVD product.
- In-car or carriage video after the ceremony to the reception

- Two Videographer using Two professional Digital Camcorders
- One helper used at FVP discretion
- Time to accomplish project...8 hours
- 2 hours allocated for pre wedding set up, rehearsal footage and consultation with the bride and groom to be and the individual presiding over the ceremony to determine appropriate location of our videographer .
- 6 hours allocated for the ceremony and the reception
- Additional hours will be billed at $200.00 each (Not included in pricing and must be resolved before wedding ceremony)
Price for the above All Inclusive Wedding Package.................................................................$5,900
- Remember price includes all of the wonderful Optional Items noted above. If you wish to exclude some or all of the optional items, the price of the package will be reduced accordingly. Price for each Optional Item will be made available to you by your FVP-LLC event consultant.
- Also please note, we use the most common DVD format around (DVD-R) and DVD+R Dual Layered.

The Deluxe Package
Like all of our services, this package is no exception and, therefore, reflects in its price the use of both video and photography. Just because it is more streamlined does not mean you loose the key features of what makes the Premier package the WOW package. This one is also packed with WOW stuff....look at what it includes!!
