Our Wedding Packages
We have a diverse group of very smart and budget conscious customers. As a result, we have created three (3) packages (The Basic Standard Package, The Deluxe, and The Premier) to meet their needs. And, of course, to ensure our diverse group of customers that something special feature is included in their video, all of our packages are customizable.
The Basic Standard Package addresses the needs of our customers who are looking for only video with combined services that still provide them with beautiful memories that will last a life time.
The Deluxe Package incorporates all of the features of the Basic Standard Package and some of the features of our top of the line Premier Package. The Deluxe package, has been clearly designed to extend our services to those couples that have more flexibility in their budget.
The Premier Package is the top of the line package; it includes everything we offer and then some.

The Basic Standard Package

Attention: Just starting out with your wedding plan? We want to make sure you have everything ready for that special day. In addition to the help we can give you with capturing your beautiful memories, we highly recommend you go to WedPlan . We made our decision to be a registered Vendor with them when we saw how many resources they have to help Brides and Grooms plan their weddings.. Just follow the Wed Plan link above and you will see for yourself. When you have what you needed, then just come back to us for the best price and family style service for your video needs.
The Basic Standard Package
Price $650.00
Start to End: Video of the ceremony at church (from bride entering church to both of you walking out to your reception with a total of up to 6 hours of coverage). In this package, there will be one professional videographer performing all video related work.
1. Full ceremony coverage of bride entering, vows and at the end of the ceremony.
2. Full reception coverage entering, introductions, best man and maiden of honor toasts, first dance, dance with parents if applicable, bouquet and garter tosses, close intimate shots of the couple during the reception, brief video of each table.
3. Deliverables: Special DVD package...
- One special edition DVD for bride and groom. This is a Leatherette DVD case available in black and Ivory White for single DVD. A Double DVD case is also available in both Black and White
The Double DVD case is used for a customer that can obtain digital pictures from the photographers in a CD. The pictures are set up in a slide show with music in a DVD. This method of recording allows anyone to play the slide show on a DVD player
The single DVD disc case has cutouts for two pictures where the doulbe disc case has only one.
- Two additional regular vinyl DVD case for the respective parents or family. This is a High quality DVD with up to 2 hours of video.
- Art Work in this DVD is beautifully design on high gloss quality photographic paper with matching art work on the disc.
- Pictures taken by your photographer (up to 200) or friends can be included in the DVD at the end of the video. Must have release form provided. If allowed by the photographer, pictures can also be inserted into a seperate DVD and recorded as a slide show.
- Music selection We have beautiful American love songs. we can insert in different parts of your video, as appropriate. Or you can select your own music, tell us where you wish for us to place them and then make them available to us in MP3 format.
- Note: In order for your pictures and music selection to be included in the video, please have these available to us by no later than 1 week after the wedding ceremony. If you do not deliver to us via mail these items within this period of time, we will go ahead with the rendering and DVD production without these items. We typically edit and burn our DVDs within one week from the last day of the ceremony. We have had many of our wonderful weddings held up as much as 4 weeks because the bride and groom did not get the music and pictures to us. This delays the process significantly and causes us to maintain an open project for longer periods of time; resulting in delays to other cutomers.
4. Additional Services at no extra cost
- Edits will be performed on bloopers and language, etc. (If applicable)
- If the remaining footage is greater than 2 hours, then we will burn the DVDs to an upgraded dual layered DVD to fit all content at no extra cost. This type of DVD will play in ALL players.
- We will include up to 6 full length songs from the choices you make as noted above. Music must match the event
5. Travel costs (applies if engagement site is 50 miles or more from home base in Miami)
- Some of the cost may apply please discuss this with your Family Video Productions Event Consultant
- Items included in this category.....Air Travel, hotel, meals, gas, parking
6. Payments:
- 20% Retainer Upon signing contract....this retainer is not refundable
- 30% Payment is due 4 months prior to wedding. If for some reason the wedding is cancelled FVP will return the payment if written cancellation is received, at minimum, 2 months prior to wedding. All other reasons will be discussed with FVP at least 2 months prior to wedding
- Balance due upon delivery of finished deliverables noted above in item 3.
Please note: we want to work with you to make this experience the best possible. We understand that circumstances or events do occur that prevent couples from completing their stated objectives. Please also note, that we are dedicating resources to your event as well as setting aside your date for you only. We do NOT double book an engagement !!

The Deluxe Package
Price: $1,800
Start to End: Rehearsal dinner/practice session, Video of the ceremony at church (from bride entering church to both of you walking out to your reception with a total of up to 8 hours of coverage). In this package, there will be one professional videographer performing all video related work.

- Up to 2 hours maximum coverage, consultation with bride and groom, alignment of equipment needs and location in the ceremony venue, special permissions etc.
2. Full ceremony coverage of bride entering, vows and at the end of the ceremony.
- Up to 2 hours of actual video content
3. Full reception coverage entering, introductions, best man and maiden of honor toasts, first dance, dance with parents if applicable, bouquet and garter tosses, close intimate shots of the couple during the reception, brief video of each table.
- Up to 4 hours of actual video content
4. One special edition DVD for bride and groom. This is a Leatherette DVD case available in black and Ivory White for single DVD. A Double DVD case is also available in both Black and White

Must have release form provided and pictures must be provided in original high quality resolution and aspect ratio on a flash drive, or cd (both will be returned with final product). These pictures will be inserted into our professional DVD software and timed to automatically flip every 6 seconds with music selected by Groom and Bride and provided to us free of copyright restrictions. Please note.....we will not edit, crop or by any means modify the photos provided to us for insertion into the DVD. We will consider these photographs to be “Production-Ready.”
- Music selection We have beautiful American love songs. we can insert in different parts of your video, as appropriate. Or you can select your own music, tell us where you wish for us to place them and then make them available to us in MP3 format. These songs must be free of copyright restrictions (you must own them or have paid for them).
- Note: In order for your pictures and music selection to be included in the video, please have these available to us by no later than 1 week after the wedding ceremony. The Premiere Package
Price: $3,000
Start to End: Wedding Shower, Rehearsal dinner/practice session, Ride to Ceremony, Video of the Ceremony and Full Reception with a total of up to 10 hours of coverage) and Family Video Production’s My Life Video. In this package, there will be two professional videographer performing all video related work.
1. Wedding Shower
- Up to 2 hours maximum coverage...one camera with videographer on site
2. Rehearsal dinner/practice session
- Up to 2 hours maximum coverage, consultation with bride and groom, alignment of equipment needs and location in the ceremony venue, special permissions etc...one camera with videographer on site
3. Full ceremony coverage of bride entering, vows and at the end of the ceremony.
- Up to 2 hours of actual video content..two cameras with videographers on site
- This includes also Bride and her court waiting area and Groom and his groomsmen waiting area
4. Full reception coverage entering, introductions, best man and maiden of honor toasts, first dance, dance with parents if applicable, bouquet and garter tosses, close intimate shots of the couple during the reception, brief video of each table.
- Up to 4 hours of actual video content..two cameras with videographers on site also includes:
- 30 second spot shots for testimonials (10 testimonials limit)
5. My Life Video Incorporated into the final DVD product, Video clips of the Bride and the Groom. This series incorporates home movies with a combined maximum of 15 minutes of video for both the Bride and the Groom collectively (acceptable formats: HI8 analog tapes, VHS tapes, VHSC tapes and digital DV tapes). These special moments will be a chapter on the professional menu. Please note that analog tape media will generally not convert like a high quality digital DV tape. Every effort is made to convert the analog tape content into digital format with as much quality as the original possessed. Damaged or unreadable tapes are NOT accepted. These video clips MUST be delivered to us 1 to 2 weeks prior to the wedding. In some cases processing of older technology such as Hi 8 and VHS tapes requires more attention.
6. Deliverables: Special DVD package.

- Two vinyl DVD Case with art work on Case and DVD Disc for parents of the Bride and Groom containing up to 4 hours of video.
- Five extra vinyl DVD Case with art work on Case and DVD Disc for other relatives or friends containing up to 4 hours of video
- Pictures taken by your photographer (up to 350) or friends can be included in the DVD at the end of the video. Must have release form provided and pictures must be provided in original high quality resolution and aspect ratio on a flash drive, or cd (both will be returned with final product). These pictures will be inserted into our professional DVD software and timed to automatically flip every 6 seconds with music selected by Groom and Bride and provided to us free of copyright restrictions.
